Art Sessions

Art lessons in The ArtRoom help children build cognitive skills including concept development, problem solving, language, history, measurement, critical thinking, fine development and many other skills that can contribute to success in school. Kids will tap into their imagination to express their own ideas as they experiment and create unique works of art. They will develop confidence as their creativity soars!

The ArtRoom offers a variety of lessons, from creating art in watercolor, acrylics, drawing, mixed media and sculpture, to recycled art and other exciting creative projects. Class tuition includes materials and supplies.

Art Lab Schedule

Students begin by assembling a portfolio to keep artwork in.

Your child will be provided with all of the supplies needed to create an original masterpiece, or their interpretation of a classic!

During the art labs, students will be introduced to new artists and old masters, design styles, and techniques. The art labs are designed to inspire young artists, and our projects will incorporate different media and materials to encourage expression of ideas through your child’s original works!

There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, but we may be able to offer you a makeup class in another session, based on availability. Tuition cannot be transferred to another month if you miss a class. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, we will provide a makeup class. When minimum enrollment is not met, the paid and registered students will be notified prior to the beginning of the class and the fee will be refunded.

Students must be on time to class, as we will start promptly. Make sure your little artist has eaten and used the restroom prior to drop-off to keep interruptions to a minimum.

*PreKindergarten students MUST be completely toilet trained upon enrolling. This class size is kept small to allow for ONE parent to accompany their child in the studio, if necessary.
