

Summer Art Camps
The ArtRoom is known as a creative haven where young minds can explore various artistic mediums and techniques in a supportive and inspiring environment. It's the coolest place to be in the summer and during school breaks. So much art to create, we're always having a fun time in the studio.

COLOR SPLASH PAINTING CAMP - We will take our inspiration from our surroundings to paint using watercolor and acrylic paints. K-3rd grade

ART ADVENTURE CAMP - Three camps in one session. We will work on painting, sculpture, and mixed media. (The second Art Camp session will offer different projects.) K-3rd grade

PRINT ART STUDIO - Get ready to make an “impression” in this camp. Print making is perfect for kids who love to get their hands a little messy and enjoy the thrill of a big reveal.

INTO THE WILD ART CAMP - A creative class that combines art making with environmental awareness. Hands-on art projects using natural and recycled items that will keep us busy all week!

SCULPT IT! ART CAMP - Cardboard is one of the best things to use in art, and we will cut, bend, and shape it into different types of things! We will also use clay, mache, and more!

PAPER LAB ART CAMP - Clipping cool images and using painted paper (that kids will design) to create stunning art, while getting scissor-saavy at the same time! This camp is fun!

CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION ART CAMP - This high energy hands-on workshop where kids trade their tech for tape and scissors. If they can dream it, they can build it, all while learning structural tips, paper engineering and form.

Registration and General Information

Submit registration form and payment to officially enroll your child(ren) and ensure a place in the class.

Tuition includes all materials and supplies, a portfolio, sketchbook, and art smock. Kids should bring a no-spill water bottle.

Payment may be made by mailing check or via Venmo (Friends & Family).

Please note that the mailing address is different from the studio location. You will be emailed class confirmation and studio location once we receive your registration (studio is located near Cullen/Hughes Ranch Road).

Any cancellation made before your child’s first day of camp incurs a processing fee of $60. No refunds can be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of the selected camp.

There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, but we may be able to offer you a makeup class in another session, based on availability. Tuition cannot be transferred to another month if you miss a class. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, we will provide a makeup class. When minimum enrollment is not met, the paid and registered students will be notified prior to the beginning of the class and the fee will be refunded if placement in another session cannot be accommodated.

Students must be on time to class, as we will start promptly. Make sure your young artist has eaten and used the restroom prior to drop-off to keep interruptions to a minimum.

LATE PICK UP policy: $10 per day fee assessed if kids are not picked up upon dismissal.
PLEASE NOTE: -
PreKindergarten students MUST be completely toilet trained upon enrolling.
GENERAL INFECTION CONTROL & COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS -
All supplies, surfaces, and touchpoints will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer will be readily available.

Class size is minimized that each student can now work with more table space. Students will be in charge of their own set of supplies for the session and will be assigned a cubby to store their items.

Please do not send your child if they have a high fever, cough, excessive sneezing, cold sweats, vomiting, nausea, etc.

The ArtRoom will provide an art smock, to be used by one child for the week. Parents may choose to provide their own.

Face masks are optional. We will have face masks available if a student prefers to wear one.

To minimize foot traffic in the studio, only students are allowed inside the studio. Please drop off and pick up outside the studio.
