Any cancellation made before your child’s first day of camp incurs a processing fee of $40. No refunds can be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of the selected camp.
-
There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, but we may be able to offer you a makeup class in another session, based on availability. Tuition cannot be transferred to another month if you miss a class. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, we will provide a makeup class. When minimum enrollment is not met, the paid and registered students will be notified prior to the beginning of the class and the fee will be refunded if placement in another session cannot be accommodated.
-
Students must be on time to class, as we will start promptly. Make sure your young artist has eaten and used the restroom prior to drop-off to keep interruptions to a minimum.
PLEASE NOTE: -
PreKindergarten students MUST be completely toilet trained upon enrolling.
COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS -
Due to COVID we have cut class numbers to half and can only accept a maximum of six students per session.
-
All supplies, surfaces, and touchpoints will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer will be readily available.
-
Class size is minimized that each student can now work with more table space. Students will be in charge of their own set of supplies for the session and will be assigned a cubby to store their items.
-
Each student may have their temperature taken before entering the studio. Please do not send your child if they have a high fever, cough, excessive sneezing, cold sweats, vomiting, nausea, etc.
-
The ArtRoom will provide an art smock, to be used by one child for the week. Parents may choose to provide their own.
-
Face masks are optional. We will have face masks available if a student prefers to wear one.
-
To minimize foot traffic in the studio, only students are allowed inside the studio. Please drop off and pick up outside the studio.
